As Senior Director of Global Marketing, Consumer Insights and Product Innovation at Elizabeth Arden, Celia Tombalakian leverages years of business leadership experience to direct innovative ideas for the company. In recognition of the development of Arden Insiders, an online community of 5,000 women, Celia Tombalakian received a 2016 Rookie Of The Year Visionary Award. Prior to joining Elizabeth Arden, Celia Tombalakian was Group Director of Worldwide Marketing in Transfusion Medicine for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a Johnson & Johnson company.
Celia Tombalakian holds a Master of Science-Master of Business Administration in Consumer Behavior and Research Methodology, and International Marketing. Celia Tombalakian has experience in full marketing strategies for both start-ups and established businesses and has previously served as Director of Marketing for Mentor Worldwide and Director of Global Consumer Marketing for Ortho Neutrogena. In support of PENCIL, a nonprofit organization established to improve the performance of students in public schools, Celia Tombalakian has lead workshops to help graduating students with career planning including job interviews.
